MyGigz.com caters to emerging new artists in the music industry. myGigz is interested only in emerging artists who are in search of exposure and promotion of their talent by providing them with online and material resources on their path to success. Furthermore we are working with promoters in the Lower Mainland to help local artists attain playing contracts or Gigz as we call them at local and surrounding venues. Ultimately, our goal is to have representatives in major cities around the world that will work with their artists to get them local and international exposure. Our website, (www.mygigz.com) is a valuable medium where artists can showcase their music, videos, pictures, bio, discography and much more... Listeners can search for music by genre, artist, location and ranking through our proprietary voting system. We also offer artists the ability to create their own online store that is customizable and provides them with a ready-to-use e-commerce solution to promote their merchandise. MyGigz.com prides itself on letting the Artists keep 100% of their profits (CDs and merchandise sold, shows, etc…). We believe in providing a valuable service to the Artist and therefore it is our policy not to take any commissions from their sales. MyGigz will also promote contests for listeners to win compilation CD's (featuring myGigz artists), artist merchandise, and other prizes. Artists will also have the opportunity to enter contests where they can win prizes such as recording studio time or a promotional package that could include a CD cover design and more.
